Playing in the snow!
Lots of developments for the Wee One over the last week. He now has two more teeth (on the top) and has become an expert at squatting to get something and standing back up. He's a pro at soccer (seriously - he walks all over the house kicking the ball along) and is learning a few simple signs. He figured out "more" and is working on "all done". We've also noticed that over the last couple of days he's started to point to indicate what he wants - he's just so smart!! This evening in the tub I was telling him he was holding an orange starfish and when I said "fish" he made the fish face that I always make to him when we're reading our books! So smart!!It's hard to believe the title of this post would be Playing in the Snow considering our weather this week is in the 60s, but last week it did snow and Jack had a wonderful time playing on the back porch in it. He was completely amazed by it. He grabbed a huge handful of it off the table and looked like he was close to crying, but then he just threw it to the ground and had a great time watching his footprints as he walked around the porch! It's so wonderful watching things through his eyes, it's like realizing how wonderful and exciting all the things that we've taken for granted over the years are!
Not much else exciting to report on our end - check out the photosite for some pictures of Jack playing in the snow!
