Mother's Day

Hope everyone had a fantastic mothers day! Mine was great - I got a garden! Jack insisted it was for me, until it was finished and then it became his - then the family's garden, but either way I got a garden! We are all so excited about it and hopefully it will do well in our shady shady back yard! We planted green beans, carrots, strawberries, eggplant, green peppers, jalapenos and best of all tomatoes!!! Can't wait for the tomatoes!

We took in a puppet show this week - Jack and the Beanstalk. Both kids thought it was very funny and Charlie has started showing her independence in the form of needed her OWN seat. Perfectly content to sit by herself without any help from me!

We celebrated Emma's 11th birthday - Jack was in HEAVEN - the only boy surrounded by five 10/11 year old girls... never has he been happier! Check out the photo site for some pictures of John surrounded by the girls all requesting different balloon animals!

Other than that we had our last soccer practice and last game today where Jack received a MEDAL - his very own medal - he is so excited about it!!
